About MIIP

The Micro Investment Incubation Program (MIIP) is a visionary initiative founded by Dr. Princess Davidson to empower young entrepreneurs and transform innovative ideas into sustainable businesses.

Conceived in 2022 and officially launched in 2023 at NECA House, Alausa, Lagos, MIIP was established in response to the growing need for practical support and guidance for young adults passionate about starting and scaling businesses but limited by resources.

MIIP is designed to empower young adults aged 18 to 35, providing them with mentorship, funding pathways, and business incubation support required to thrive in today's competitive economy.

Kather Utuedor Empowerment Foundation (KUEF) & The Micro Investment Incubation Program (MIIP)

The Kather Utuedor Empowerment Foundation (KUEF) is a non-governmental organization committed to driving empowerment, innovation, and entrepreneurship among young people. Officially unveiled in 2024, KUEF was established to provide the governance, structure, and strategic support required to sustain and expand empowerment initiatives such as the Micro Investment Incubation Program (MIIP).

The Role of KUEF in MIIP

As the driving force behind MIIP, KUEF provides the framework for governance, partnerships, and sustainability. Through KUEF, MIIP has been able to broaden its reach, deepen its impact, and create stronger collaborations with partners, volunteers, and stakeholders. Together, KUEF and MIIP form a powerful alliance that invests in people, ideas, and the future.

Achievements So Far

Mentored over 513 youths and 220 adults, equipping them with entrepreneurial confidence and resilience.
Empowered 123 startups with resources, training, and guidance to scale their businesses.
Organized numerous online webinars and multiple on-site counseling and mentorship programs across Lagos State.
Established a strong network of partners, volunteers, and support staff dedicated to advancing the vision.
